Tapering is always madness. All of a sudden I have all of this time on my hands and no idea what to do with it. And can we talk about hungry? I am like a bottomless pit. Freaking taper.
On the plus side, it’s nice to have workout instructions from my coach that say, “Go for a 30 minute run. Or take a walk if you are tired.” Wait, what!?!
As I am tapering down for the Border Wars Triathlon, I am gearing up for the super awesome October Stay Away from Tricks and Treats Challenge!
