First off, thanks for all the great advice in your comments on the last post!  I really appreciate it!

Hopefully the next time that I post, I will be an official triathlete and able to wear this wonderful shirt with pride.  Deep breaths, no panic attacks.  Trust the training.  Wish me luck!

  1. One last piece of advice. If you panic on the swim, stop and tread water for a minute, spin around 360 degrees and take in the sights. While doing that, smile and enjoy the feeling of being alive then get back at it. I did that during my first tri and it was pretty cool.
